The Economic Mobility Pathways is a learning network for practitioners and professionals working to promote economic mobility in their own communities. EMPath’s economic mobility coaching model, called Mobility Mentoring®, is a professional coaching practice where a participant and a mentor work together to set and achieve long-term goals.

BHA/CHA Research Program: 
  • Signing up 508 people up and making 1,000+ calls  
  • Spearheading over 46 tabling events and sponsoring 4 Unity Days in multiple housing developments 
  • Planning and executing a Cambridge Housing Authorities Community Providers Luncheon  
  • Over the course of our work together, we visited 16 BHA sites visited and 11 CHA sites  
  • 1,000+ flyers distributed through community center, pantries, housing developments and community events 

Newton Thrive Program:
  • Hosted 20 tabling events  
  • Spoke to over 450 residents 
  • Distributed over 800 flyers to local businesses
