About Us
Educated and seasoned in grassroots organizing and strategy, founder, Anthony Davis Jr., had a vision to equip the next generation of organizers, activists and elected officials with grassroots organizing skills and community engagement strategies.
After sharing his vision with his now wife, Errin Davis, whose professional expertise is in business entrepreneurship and political operations, a once vision became a reality. The Davis System is honored to offer to its clients a dedicated team of high-quality, fast paced, passion driven people, who are ready to work to see your vision turn into reality.
We empower organizations and campaigns with the SYSTEM to organize on a grassroots level to enact social change in their communities. We specialize in working with campaigns and organizations to develop their plans to engage communities; train their staff and volunteers; and assist with developing messaging to their community. Since its inception, The Davis System has worked with clients such as Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey; Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley; former Congressman Joe Kennedy's organization, Groundwork Project; and the Harvard Kennedy School to name a few.
The Davis System, LLC is a proud black, and woman-owned, social impact firm, founded in 2021, specializing in project management for political candidates and community organizations across the country. We provide our clients with the tools, capacity, and expertise to reach their target audience.

Anthony Davis Jr. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Davis System, LLC. Recently named to Boston Magazine’s 150 Most Influential Bostonians, Davis has served as a political strategist and organizer with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and with a number of political campaigns.
Prior to starting The Davis System, Davis had the privilege of working on campaigns for a number of well-respected politicians, including Senator Elizabeth Warren; Senator Doug Jones; Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, Congressman Joe Kennedy, Governor Maura Healey, Mayor Michelle Wu, Candidate Ben Jealous, and Candidate Mike Espy.
Miesha Acevedo is a Junior Partner for The Davis System and the newest member of the team. She is a recent graduate of Salem State University with a bachelors in Political Science. Miesha has a history of political organizing in Massachusetts and brings with her skills from working with Representative Dawne Shand, Senator Barry Finegold and Amesbury Mayor Kassandra Gove to The Davis System.
Miesha has been involved in local politics since high school, starting her career by getting the school to change their mascot. Miesha has always been a strong advocate and helping hand in her community. She is passionate about LGBTQ rights, advancing equality, and seeing women in politics.
Errin Davis serves as the Chief Operations Officer at The Davis System, LLC, where she oversees major contracts and event management initiatives. A 2018 graduate of Salem State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, she was recognized as a Katzman’s Entrepreneurship Scholar. Her career spans various roles supporting elected officials, including Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman, Senator Sonia Chang-Diaz, and State Representative Liz Miranda.
Davis's professional journey includes contributions to the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Boston Public Schools Office of Equity, Strategy & Opportunity Gaps, and Emerge Massachusetts. In 2024, she was honored in Salem State's 40 under 40 Alumni and was 1 of 50 to receive recognition for her contributions to the Massachusetts Caribbean Community.

Thanh Nguyen is the Junior Partner of The Davis System, LLC. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a B.A. in political science and economics. She has worked on a number of political campaigns, and has worked within offices in the Massachusetts State House and U.S. House of Representatives.
During her time at The Davis System, she has managed clients like Committee to Elect Liz Miranda, The Organizing Accelerator, Empath Mobility Pathways, Boston Children’s Chorus, and Salem State University.
