The Davis System led an eight-session program that will equip a cohort of 25 high school-aged attendees with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience to organize their communities for social change. The program will take place over 8 weeks, with one hour-long session weekly, and end with a formal graduation/certification program.

The Davis System ran two cohorts for the office of Black Male Advancement. The first was a cohort of black men aged 18-65 of Community activists who were working to excel in their careers in organizing. Several of them now hold positions within city and state offices and on campaigns. And then, we ran the Young Black Men Leads for high school-aged black boys and helped them see community organizing as a career path.
