The Davis System lead an eight-session program that will equip a cohort of 25 high school aged attendees with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience to organize their communities for social change. The program will take place over 8 weeks, with one hour-long session weekly, and end with a formal graduation/certification program.  

The Davis System ran two cohorts for the office of Black Male Advancement. The first being a cohort of black men from 18-65 of Community activist who were working to excel their careers in organizing. Several of whom now hold positions within city and state offices and on campaigns. And then we ran the Young Black Men Leads which was for high school aged black boy’s and helping them seeing community organizing as a career path.
