The Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA)’s mission is to drive economic equity and prosperity for Massachusetts to achieve inclusive growth through advocacy, programming, and strategic partnerships that enable Black-owned businesses and Black communities to thrive.

The Davis System curated a plan that not only increased voter turnout but sowed seeds of education and participation to spur increased engagement in election cycles to come; Using the learnings and relationships cultivated through the programming between January and March to lend guidance to a productive program ahead of the September State Primaries and November General Election.  

The Davis System used its expertise in grassroots organizing as well as build coalitions and partnerships.
