The Davis System, LLC is a proud black-owned, and woman-owned, social impact firm, founded in 2021 to provide grassroots organizing strategy to candidates, organizations and communities across the country. Educated and seasoned in grassroots organizing and strategy, founder, Anthony Davis Jr., had a vision to equip the next generation of organizers, activists and elected officials with grassroots organizing skills and strategies.
After sharing his vision with his now wife, Errin Davis, whose professional expertise is in business entrepreneurship and political operations, a once vision became a reality. The Davis System is honored to offer to its clients a dedicated team of high-quality, fast paced, passion driven people, who are ready to work to see your vision turn into reality.
We empower organizations and campaigns with the SYSTEM to organize on a grassroots level to enact social change in their communities. We specialize in working with campaigns and organizations to develop their plans to engage communities; train their staff and volunteers; and assist with developing messaging to their community. Since its inception, The Davis System has worked with clients such as Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey; Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley; former Congressman Joe Kennedy's organization, Groundwork Project; and the Harvard Kennedy School to name a few.

Meet The Team
Anthony Davis, Jr is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Davis System, LLC. He is a 2016 graduate of Morehouse College, with a B.A in English. He was initiated into the Pi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc in the Spring of 2014.
Since graduating, Anthony has served as a political strategist and organizer with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and with a number of electoral campaigns. He has had the privilege of working on campaigns for a number of well-respected politicians and has been apart of impactful community initiatives.

ERRIN DAVIS
Errin Davis is the Chief Operations Officer of The Davis System, LLC. She is a 2018 graduate of Salem State University with a B.S in Business Administration as a Katzman’s Entrepreneurship Scholar. Since graduating, she has served in a variety of capacities for several elected officials.
Errin has also spent some time at the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Emerge Massachusetts.As well as Boston Public Schools, were she lead as the Chief of Staff to the Division of Equity, Strategy & Opportunity Gaps.
Thanh Nguyen is a Junior Partner at The Davis System. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.A in political science and economics. She has worked on several campaigns, including Joe Kennedy’s Senate campaign, where she was an organizing intern under Anthony, and offices in the Massachusetts State House and U.S. House of Representatives.
While at The Davis System, Thanh has supported clients such as the Committee to Elect Liz Miranda, Coalition for a Resilient and Inclusive Waterfront, The Organizing Accelerator, Salem State University, EmPath Economic Mobility Pathways’ and Committee to Elect Ayanna Pressley.
Richie Cadet is an Associate Partner at The Davis System, working towards The Davis System’s commitment to staying rooted in the community, elevating and amplifying community voice, and connecting the community to resources. She is a community activist and political organizer and a proud state-school graduate of Salem State University with a dual degree in Political Science & Criminal Justice. She has been a lifelong Boston resident and has lived in every district/neighborhood in the city of Boston. She has spent years advocating for her peers by serving on the University Board of Trustees as a Student trustee; amongst other students organization, she served on. She is known for championing and being an influential supporter of Racial Justice, Education, LGBTQIA+ causes, Housing/environmental issues, Immigration and mental health causes.
Ajah Joseph is an Associate Partner at The Davis System and a dedicated diversity, equity, and inclusion professional with over seven years of experience in providing high-quality results and innovative solutions.
Ajah earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Salem State University, where she simultaneously began her career in organizing and diversity, equity, and inclusion work. In each of her roles, Ajah leverages her love for solving complex equations and her experiences as an indigenous woman and natural advocate to tackle the systems that disenfranchise historically underrepresented groups.
